Convenient location for Northampton, very close to a quiet area, Northampton and park. A nice size and fully functional unit with a nice view, helpful extras, as example.
Beds were not very comfortable.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, yet everything was perfect. Booked the hotel for its good and unbeatable location so close to a quiet area, park, and Northampton. Also, an open space park could be reached without difficulty, 1 km away. The food provided was brilliant!

It has marvellous, ideal setting, just next door to Northampton. The staff are very amiable as well as the owner. The double room is fully functional with a nice view, helpful extras plus new old school bathroom.

Booked this for our trip and it suited the needs. The location was unbeatable, just next door to Northampton. Also, we were 2 km from Rookery Open Farm.

Nothing to complain about, the hotel met standards. Truly enjoyed our 5 nights stay. The staff was helpful, some of the best in Northampton. The restaurant had excellent food.
